For sale is this fully restored antique Victorian Arts and Crafts cast iron fire surround from a period property in Manchester. It carries authentic foundry marks and has been professionally stripped, cleaned, heatproof coated and polished to bring out its original character. Authentic, made of solid cast iron in generous proportions and lovely condition. Fits neatly over an existing fireplace opening. Works as a fully functioning fire surround.

Perfect for a living room or bedroom. During restoration we retained the original mantle and added a matching set of antique bars that complement the surround perfectly. Complete with mounting lugs on the legs and shoulders for simple and safe installation with a few strong wall screws. This particular fire surround features beautiful natural decoration across the frieze including berries, butterfly, bird and leaves.
