Antique Victorian Oak And Cast Iron Music Reading Stand By William Tonks & Sons. A wonderful item in very good condition. Has a few scratches where the brass clips have rubbed over the years. The oak rest measures 24 x 15. Overall it measures 27 across.

As photographed at its lowest height it measures 32 tall but will adjust to 46 tall. At one time there was probably a second oak rest which is long gone.

This means the top butterfly screw is now redundant. Has a lovely scrolling cast iron base and its original castors. Made by the highly regarded firm of William Tonks & sons of Birmingham.
