It will require renovating, paint stripping etc. A section of paint has been stripped on the left side of the mantle, the slate looks pristine under the paint. Dimensions are on the photos. The width of the opening can be adjusted (made wider or narrower) by installing the header at a different width (I have included the max width of the header piece). Includes the pieces of slate that get installed behind the visible sections to brace. The item included is only the slate surround. Message me if you wish to combine. The surround has been removed safely and is in storage. The pins used to secure the legs to the wall are included but not pictured.
