This is an original reclaimed Victorian cast iron fireplace surround of very large proportions. It originally came from a manor house in Norfolk. It is unusual in its dimensions, as few fire surrounds of this scale were cast.

It is a country house piece which is reflected in its dimensions. The surround separates into 4 sections, with all sections retaining their original fixing threads and bolts.

The fireplace has been stripped of paint and other coatings back to the raw cast and finished in a traditional iron paste. The fireplace will be supplied dismantled in its 4 separate sections for ease of transport. Mantle Shelf width 1840 mm. Fireplace opening 1210 mm wide x 1390 mm high.
