Original cast iron tiled centre with brass top section. Youll need to strip paint to expose brass but worth doing. I painted it gold for time being to get the look but it will look way better exposed brass. Wood surround has been primed ready for a top coat of whatever colour you prefer.

I started fitting this in my master bedroom but it its too tall for tv height and light is in the way of tv. Im gutted as it looks beautiful and makes the room.

Ill be looking for a smaller one. Not sure of period, Victorian I think but could be Georgian or Edwardian. See pics and make up your own mind. Wooden Surround Dimensions are 157.5cm wide at mantle, and 131cm tall. Its 142.5cm width across the bottom.

The internal wooden opening dimensions are 96cm wide and 92cm tall. Cast iron Centre opening is 40.5cm side, 52cm tall.

Fireplace and surround only, no hearth. The hearth in the picture not included and its also too small. I may have a bit of black granite I can sell you if needed. We can discuss this option but its not included.
