Victorian Art Nouveau Brass and Iron Standard Double (4 feet 6 wide) Bed Base
This is a pretty Victorian Art Nouveau brass and iron standard double bed (4ft 6 wide). The bed has classic Art Nouveau brass additions to the head and foot ends and. Stands on castors for easy movement. The brass has been left in original condition but could be polished with ease as the brass is good quality. The base is a later addition but is ideal as it lifts off for transport and, the rest comes in sections.
The bed does have a few marks and minor scrapes but really looks the part it. Is over 100 years old so please remember it will not be perfect but is very tidy.
The base is a strong plank one. The bed is ready for use and looks very nice.End is 57", the foot is 47" and the side rails from the ground are 17 inc the base.
