19th Century Victorian original cast iron fire insert. Up cycled original victorian hob grate painted in stove matt black and lightly buffed to give a gunmetal sheen. A rare item with stunning features, it would look exceptional in any modern home. The fire grate has a unique design with 4 front bars, with 3 balls and a beautiful flower motif to the bottom. It has a stunning ornate style column with more beautiful flower motifs in the top corners.

The original flu plate was missing so I have replaced it with a matt black painted waterproof board. It has to be seen to be fully appreciated. Measurements - External - Height 92cm, Width 81cm, Depth 24cm Internal at rear - Height 87cm x 72cm Width (for chimney opening) Can be viewed by arrangement by contacting myself.
