Victorian Renaissance Revival Ornate CAST IRON FIREPLACE GRATE With Gargoyles
Here is a very scarce and seldom seen original antique VICTORIAN Renaissance Revival heavy cast iron fireplace insert in as found condition, with ornate grillwork featuring three dimensional gargoyle masks and columned architrave surrounding a couple garbed in Elizabethan costumes. Measures about 29" tall x 20.5" wide. Extremely heavy, about 50 pounds unpacked. No cracks or damage found. Please see photos for measurements. These are getting increasingly difficult to find.
