Victorian Style Cast Iron Wooden Slatted Small Garden Bench. A Victorian style, small, cast iron and wooden slatted garden bench, dating from the end of the C20th. Featuring cast iron, pierced, painted bench ends, with wooden (possibly teak) slats.

An attractive bench, in weathered condition, but still structurally sound and usable. This bench measures approximately 72 cm (28.25") tall, 127 cm (50") wide, and 59 cm (23.25) deep. The seat height is approximately 38.5 cm (15). Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. In a well used and weathered condition, though is structurally sound and.

There is some decaying to the timbers, and a couple of the coach bolts are loose. There is some peeling of paint on the ends. Overall this presents very well if you are looking for a weathered in piece, and it would be shame to replace timbers and lose the charm the the current condition has.

Very serviceable and ready to use. As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc. This item can be be viewed at my workshop in Stainburn, near Otley (Leeds), LS21, by appointment only.
